The cleaning method for vertically installed filter tubes and filter cartridges results in an efficient, thorough and secure removal of dust on the surface and in the depth of the filter media. This procedure is possible without stopping the production process.
The filter tubes do not have to be removed and reinstalled in a complex manner before cleaning
Filter cleaning during running operation is significantly more cost-effective than an overall exchange – costs can be reduced by up to 80 %.
The dust remains in the circuit of disposal. Cleaning and reusing of intact filters preserves valuable resources.
