# Privacy Policy

## DEKOMTE incorporating INTECH Power Service Privacy Policy

We have made some changes to our Privacy Policy to reflect the upcoming changes to the data laws in the UK (GDPR). GDPR (also known as the General Data Protection Regulation) is a new European framework for data protection laws. It gives you greater protection and rights and will give you more control over how your data is used.

We fully support these new regulations and have reflected our commitment to protect your rights and interests in our new Privacy Policy and Data Protection statements.

We've audited the data we have, how we use it, why we need it and who has access to it. The basis for holding information is “contractual”. We never sell your data to third parties, though it may also be held by our service providers to enable us to fulfill our contract obligations.
